We spent a fun and busy first week in August in California with the Marchant's. Such a fun time when we can all get together! We flew out of the Provo airport...a first for all of us. It was really small but so nice and easy.

We made it to Cali!!
Second day....DISNEYLAND!
Boston was so good and loved to see it all. This is the face he would make when he would see something he liked and say, "OHHHH"!! Although waiting in line for the rides were a bit rough with a one year old, his reaction to the rides was priceless!

It's a Small World was by far my favorite and I would say it was Boston's favorite too. The detail in the ride was awesome. Boston and Spencer waiting in line for the ride.

Day Three: California Adventure.
Grandpa and Grandma were so nice to let Boston stay back at the house with them for a little bit of the morning while Spence and I got to go ride some rides. California Adventure was our favorite!

Day Four: Laguna Beach
Boston's first time at the beach and he LOVED it! We could not keep him out the water. He was so fun to watch and play with.
Happy Birthday to Grandma! We celebrated her birthday at Mimi's Cafe for dinner.....
Then back at the house for cake and ice cream. It's hard to tell but Grandma is leading the birthday song with a butcher knife. :)
Day Five: Back to Disneyland
Spencer ordered this cool looking drink but it wasn't as tasty as it looked.
We took a train ride around the park.
Boston could not get enough of this car that was at the house. He had so much fun playing in it.
Day 6: Family Pictures at Huntington Beach and the Angle's Game
All Boston wanted to do was play in the water, which made it rough for family pictures! This was after pictures, I love seeing these two boys spend time together.
After pictures we had lunch and Spencer got his Dad a shirt from Dwight's surf shop....not everyday you see one of those.

He didn't get much sleep and played hard the whole week. He would crash in the car seat almost every time!
Angle's Game!! It was perfect weather, and with everyone letting Boston jump from lap to lap we made it through the whole game and had lots of fun.
Spencer even saw an old tennis teammate, Dave Hintze, from WSU at the game.
Sometimes baseball games are long and Mckay was one sleepy boy.
Everyone got a free bobble-head.
Day 6: Relaxing at the House
He loved getting pushed around in the car and had lots of cute cousins willing to do it.
And Spencer gave Boston a turn to "push" him around!
