13.1

Yesterday (5.18.12) I finished my second half marathon in the Ogden Half.  I trained and ran with one of the doctors I work for, Mary Draper.  The office also had a  Ford and Draper  Dental relay team. 

Below: My brother-in-law Bryon also ran the half, he is the first blue closest to the fence.  He rocked it, he did it in 1 hour 48 minutes!!  He is awesome!  Way to go Bry!

Here I am finishing  in 2:07:51 at a 9:46 pace.  I am the 4th person back in pink.

I love this picture,  I am barley in it but you can see how happy I was to see my family on the side it definitely brought a smile to my face and pushed me through the last little bit!  

Here is me and Dr Draper at the finish, we stayed together until about the last 4 miles then she got a second wind and finished in 1 hour and 58 minutes!  She did SO good!

Spence took the day off and was there to support me, I am so grateful for him! 

 I  got him his sweet  Ford and Draper Dental running  shirt.

I begged my dad to work the marathon, it is not his favorite thing to do at all, but I love seeing him there! Thanks again Dad, it meant a lot. Love you!

Trying to stretch after, I definitely did not stretch good enough because my legs are SO sore today!

I saw my friend Susie at the finish she also ran the half. 

Natalie, Pat and Mary...Natalie is Pat's daughter and Pat and Mary are sisters, they all ran the half.

Me, Mary and Emily...Emily ran the first leg in the relay then went on and ran the first half! 

We all waited and crossed the finish line together.  Way to go Ford and Draper Dental!

It was such a fun day, until next year and then we will all do it again!  :)
