It's hard to believe another year has already flown by. Christmas Eve we were able to go to both of our families get-togethers! At my parents we played Minute To Win It. We had a snowball fight with paper, we made Christmas trees out of whip cream...
We put a glob of vaseline on our noses and tried to get the red cotton ball to stick on for a minute, we put ribbon around our waists and tried to spin a candy cane around... and lots of other fun games! After that we headed to the Marchant's for the Marchant Talent Show. It was SO fun! I loved it! I think this is such a fun tradition! This was my first time attending, last year we were at my parents on Christmas Eve. I was glad we were able to make it this year!
Jessie sang a song, Emma played the piano with Rosemary, Greg's family sang a few songs, Miranda and Jenna sang and danced while MaryAnne played the piano, Russ played his famous song and the kids and Rosemary danced...
I played the flute while Rosemary played the piano, Bry and Spence played the guitar and sang Silent Night...
Dwight showed the girls how to make rings out of money and the boys made frogs. Sean and Angie's kids sang The Twelve Days of Christmas ( my favorite was Alyssia) :) It was cute, I wish we would have recorded it.
Rosemary always comes up with the cutest and most clever things. She had a cute rhyme that went with the folded up money then a cute gift to go with it. Dwight made a plane, butterfly, napkin holder, shirt and an angel out of money!
We had such a fun Christmas! We are so grateful for all we have and especially our awesome families!!
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!
