First off.... My cute little sister turned 19 on Friday, Feb 18th! We had a little Birthday bash for her and I took lots of cute pics....BUT when we were leaving I decided to leap over the bushes instead of going around...long story short. I fell. Dropped my camera (it did not break, it just got left there) so I can not load the pics...so coming soon will be her B-day!
Back to the Bread making...
Spence came home from work Friday sick with the Flu, it's horrible, seems like it is going around and everyone is getting it! He called into work sick Saturday and I have to say, although he is sick and in bed all day it is nice to spend time together and to have him home all day! He said bread sounded good so I put my new wheat grinder to use! I have wanted one for a while so I could do something with all this wheat in my basement. So for Christmas I got one and I was so excited.
Here it is, the Wonder Mill, grinding the wheat...exciting huh?!
I thought they turned out pretty good... I still struggle on making the loaf with the dough so they don't bulge out the sides...so if any of you want to give me some advice I would love it....and Kitchen Kneads (one of my favorite stores here in Ogden) does free bread making classes on Saturday's, so if any one wants to join me, I think I am going to try it out!

The bread looks awesome! Next time bring some to share at work! :D You're quite the homemaker! xoxoxo
That bread looks divine. There's almost nothing better than really good whole wheat bread. Unfortunately, I don't have a wheat grinder. Maybe you could make me some the next time we are in Utah?!
