Christmas Day

Every year I can not believe that another year has gone by. It is crazy how fast time goes, the older I get I have realized how important it is to cherish each day. I remember thinking, I just cant wait until I am in the Hygiene program my life will be better then, then I got there and it was.. Oh, I can't wait to be done with school, then I finished and it was, how nice would it be to have my own house ... now I am there and I realized I have been wishing my life away. So I have been trying to live for today and be grateful for what that day brings. This year has brought its trails but I have so many things to be thankful for and have learned it is better just to take life day by day and Enjoy the Journey!

This Christmas my ward did a Sub for Santa and people in the ward bought gifts for these 2 families in down town Ogden to give them a better Christmas. The Sunday before Christmas some of the ward members went to the families houses to deliver the gifts. A huge group of us gathered around the door singing Christmas songs slowly walking in to fill under their tree with Christmas! I had tears in my eyes as I stood there looking at their faces and seeing them so grateful for what the ward had done for them! It's times like that, that you realize how precious life is and to be grateful for what you have! It brought the true meaning of Christmas to my heart!

Pictures of My Christmas it starts from the end of my Christmas Day and Goes to the first... I obviously cant seem to figure out how to load the pictures on in the right order.

Landon, Broc and Kayla playing with their new Christmas Toys at my parents house.

Me, Keeno, Cassie and T... Everyone came over early Christmas morning so they could talk to Elder Houghton who called from Brazil!!

Tenille and Mom in her new sweat outfit the Vigil's got her! Mom you sure are super cute!

I got food storage! It was something I probably would not have bought any time soon, so thanks Mom and Dad for helping me be prepared! Let's just hope I know how to cook all the stuff I got i if i have no power... Hopefully I can make it home to my parents if that day comes:)

Mom getting ready to open her gift form Clarke's and me.

Dad with his new GPS.. He was excited although the picture may not show it, this is his excited face:)

I spent the night at my parents house Christmas Eve so I could be there bright and early Christmas morning. Every year when we were little my mom (Santa) always blew up balloons so when we woke up Christmas morning this is what it would look like. Cassie felt a little ripped off because my mom stopped doing it when we got older so she never got them. Christmas Eve I stayed up with Santa and helped blow them all up and put Cassie's Christmas out. It was fun and well worth it because she was really surprised and excited!

Michelle-y, your Christmas looks awesome. My family always did balloons too and Justin and I helped Santa out in that department too--looks like Cassie got an even bigger kick out of 'em than Julia did. :) I'm glad everything looks like it's going great for you. Sure love ya.
